Check your monthly KinderAssist allowance and top up with booster credits when you need more.
Childminders who use KinderAssist and want more credits before their allowance resets. Needs the Standard plan or a free trial. It takes a few minutes.
KinderAssist, KinderStart's AI assistant, comes with a monthly allowance. If you use it up, you can buy a booster pack to keep going.
Open the Tools tab, choose Business Settings, then KinderAssist Settings.
Assist Credits shows a bar and how much of this month's allowance you've used, with your Remaining allowance underneath. When you're close to the limit, it also tells you the date your allowance resets.
Tap Buy Booster Credits. On a phone, the booster packs open inside the app. On the web, checkout opens in your browser.
Current packs and prices are shown at checkout. Choose one and complete payment.
Go back to KinderAssist Settings. When your booster has been added, Assist Credits shows BOOSTER ACTIVE and how many top-up credits you have.
Credits can take a moment to appear after payment. Go back and open
KinderAssist Settingsagain. If they still don't show, contact us from
the Help Centre.
Most months, the allowance is enough. Booster packs are there for busy months, like when you're writing reports, so you only pay for more when you need it.
