Send one announcement to every family, with photos and this week’s activities.
Childminders who want to send the same news to every family, like a round-up of the week, a menu or a reminder. It takes a few minutes.
The Noticeboard sends one announcement to every family, instead of messaging each parent. Parents read it in their app.
Open the Tools tab, choose Noticeboard, and tap + to open New Announcement.
Enter a title, like "What we learned this week", and write your message. You can add photos, link activities from your weekly planning, and add snapshots of children's learning.
Leave All Parents selected to send it to every family, or choose Selected Parents.
Tap preview to see the announcement as parents will, then close it. Not ready to send? Tap Save as Draft and come back to it later.
Tap Publish Announcement. It appears in your Noticeboard and in parents' apps. To remove it, open the post and delete it.
Parents can read announcements but not reply. For a conversation with one family, talk to them directly.
One post reaches every family, and it stays in the app, so nothing gets lost in a busy group chat.
